At HER Dance Fitness, we believe movement should feel freeing — not intimidating.

This is a space where women can reconnect with their bodies, have fun and move without the pressure that often comes with traditional fitness spaces.

Our classes are built for real women — busy mums, professionals, women who have spent years giving their energy to everyone else and are finally ready to give some back to themselves.

Our Hip Hop classes are all about energy, attitude and letting loose.

Think old-school beats, feel-good routines and movements that make you feel strong, confident and powerful in your body. These classes are designed to be fun, easy to follow and completely judgment-free — so you can focus on enjoying the music and the moment.

No pressure to get it perfect… just show up, move your body and own it.

HER Spicy

Our Spicy Feminine classes are all about reconnecting with your body, your confidence and your feminine energy.

Expect slower, more expressive movements, body rolls, hip work and moments that help you feel grounded, sensual and empowered — without pressure or performance.

This is your space to move in a way that feels good, build confidence and tap into a version of yourself you may have forgotten.
