  • Not at all. HER Dance Fitness is for everyday women, not trained dancers. We walk through the routines step-by-step, so you can learn at your own pace and feel confident.

    Most women feel this way when they start. Our classes are designed to be supportive, fun and completely judgment-free — no mirrors, no pressure, just movement.

  • Each class includes:
    💃 A warm up
    💃 8 fun dance routines
    💃 A cool down

    We teach each dance before the music starts, so you’re never left guessing.

  • Think old-school R&B, throwback club vibes and feel-good tracks that make you want to move, sing and let go.

  • Yes — but it won’t feel like one.
    You’ll be moving your body, getting your heart rate up and sweating… all while having fun and dancing.

  • Anything you feel comfortable moving in. Activewear, oversized tees, bike shorts — whatever makes you feel good.

  • Nope. All fitness levels are welcome.
    You can take breaks, modify movements and go at your own pace.

  • Absolutely — and most women do.
    You’ll quickly feel part of the group. It’s a very welcoming and supportive space.

  • No stress at all. Life happens.
    You can simply book into another class when it suits you — there’s no guilt here.

    We keep the same playlist for 4-5 weeks to help build confidence, then will switch out 1 song/dance for a new one to keep it fun!

    It is a space where women/mums can come to give themselves 1hr of uninterrupted movement, fill their cups and regulate their nervous systems.

  • HER Dance Fitness classes are $30 for an hour class.
